Protestors at Mumbai's Azad Maidan complained of a lack of basic amenities, including food shortages, on second day of Maratha quota agitation on Saturday. They alleged that shops near protest site had been shut down by the government. Civic authorities, however, said that necessary arrangements had been made. Activist Manoj Jarange demanded a 10% Maratha quota under the OBC category.
