Russia is set to supply India with an Akula-class nuclear-powered submarine under the INS Chakra-III program, now expected to be delivered by 2028 due to delays. The submarine is equipped with 3M14K Kalibr cruise missiles, significantly enhancing India’s long-range undersea strike capabilities.
