Madhya Pradesh High Court held that a married woman can't claim her consent for physical relations with another man was taken on the pretext of false promise of marriage. The court quashed a rape case against a man booked after a married woman's complaint last year. The accused man, also married, had moved the HC after the woman's rape accusation.
