Led by Masood Azhar, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) has allegedly built a parallel financial ecosystem through Pakistani digital wallets like EasyPaisa and SadaPay, a move that experts say amounts to a "digital hawala" system. Through this, JeM has already launched a PKR 3.91-billion fundraising drive to rebuild its terror infrastructure destroyed in Indian strikes.
