Ahead of Bihar Assembly Elections on November 6 and 11, over 500 CAPF companies, including CRPF and BSF, have been deployed to ensure security. The deployment may rise to 1,600 companies as per further official assessments. Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar praised 90,217 booth-level officers for voter list management and urged citizens to treat voting as a "festival of democracy."
