A day after arresting a man for duping a woman of ₹3.6 crore using a fake matrimonial profile, Pune Police said they will soon write to matrimonial sites to improve profile verification and identity checks to prevent such scams. They have also urged other victims to come forward and report any suspicious activity for further investigation.
