Kuhnemann’s action was reported in the aftermath of the Sri Lanka Tests, but results have revealed that the amount of elbow extension for all his deliveries was within the 15-degree level of tolerance permitted under the ICC Regulations. Kuhnemann took 16 wickets in two Tests against Sri Lanka.
