Delhi HC refused to quash a case against Punita Khatter filed by her employer, Explorers Travel, for not returning the company's laptop and other assets despite being fired. HC noted that Khatter, who owns 35% of the company, was fired following an EGM over her conduct. It also deemed the case 'legal' as she'd been directed to return assets repeatedly.
