The 11th-century medieval organ, buried near Bethlehem and rediscovered in 1906, played again for the first time in nearly a millennium in Jerusalem’s Old City. Restored with original pipes, it produced authentic sounds once heard by Crusaders. Now housed at the Monastery of Saint Saviour, it offers a rare sonic glimpse into medieval sacred music.
