Meesho has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) via the confidential route available with SEBI, to raise ₹4,250 crore in primary capital through an IPO, Moneycontrol reported. The route was chosen to protect sensitive information from Meesho's rivals like Flipkart and Amazon. It may raise ₹8,500-crore in its IPO, in a mix of primary capital and secondary share sales.
