Meghalaya and Telangana have signed a tripartite MoU at the Telangana–NorthEast Connect Festival to strengthen governance and human development. The partnership between SCEP–GIL, SERP and Telangana’s Women & Child Welfare Dept will enable learning exchanges, women-led development initiatives and an annual Human Development Exchange.
