Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma inaugurated the MPOWER Education Conclave 2025, urging the education department to “focus on the child” as the core of all policies. He highlighted reforms to rationalise schools, support SSA and Ad-hoc teachers, and announced the CM Mission for 100% Toilets in schools and public places across Meghalaya.
