Meghalaya Governor CH Vijayashankar has asked the Social Welfare Dept to create a detailed list of visually impaired children to explore treatment options, including specialised care in Kerala. He said some children may regain vision with proper intervention. Speaking at a Children’s Day event, he assured full support and urged efforts to nurture their talents.
