Meghalaya celebrated the International Day of the Girl Child 2025 under the theme “The Girl I Am, The Change I Lead.” CM Conrad K Sangma highlighted initiatives like reusable sanitary pads, Safe Motherhood Programme, and de-addiction facilities. Over 500 students participated, and young achievers were honoured.
