Meghalaya has recorded a 221% rise in HIV cases over 19 years. Health Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh urged open, non-judgmental dialogue to tackle the crisis and called for united efforts by MLAs, departments, and communities. The state is launching an Integrated Health Campaign and preparing programmes ahead of the June 26 anti-drug day.
