Mehli Mistry has challenged the Tata Trusts' move to remove him from the board before the Maharashtra Charity Commissioner, NDTV Profit reported. Mistry argued that the same Tata Trusts board had passed a resolution in October 2024, granting all existing trustees a life term. Chairman Noel Tata and two other trustees had voted against Mistry's reappointment.
