Businessman Mehul Choksi moved Supreme Court of Belgium, challenging Antwerp Court of Appeals order which termed India's request seeking his extradition "enforceable", officials said Monday. "This appeal's strictly limited to legal merits and will be judged by Court of Cassation [Supreme Court]. During this procedure, the execution of extradition is suspended," said Attorney General Ken Witpas.
