AI startup Mem0, co-founded and led by Taranjeet Singh, has raised $24 million in Seed and Series A rounds led by Basis Set Ventures with participation from Peak XV Partners, Kindred Ventures, GitHub Fund, and Y Combinator. The company aims to build the default memory layer for AI agents, powering AWS’s new Agent SDK and redefining AI infrastructure.
