A shocking incident surfaced from Himachal Pradesh's Mandi, where miscreants set a liquor shop on fire as they were upset for not getting alcohol. The incident was recorded on the CCTV installed outside the shop. All the four men had their faces covered. After receiving a complaint, the police swung into action and arrested the accused.
