A 24-year-old man breached security at actor-politician Vijay's residence in Tamil Nadu's Chennai. The man was found sitting on the house's terrace. A senior police officer said, "We have caught the man, found him to be mentally challenged and have admitted him to a mental home." Vijay has been granted Y-category security by Home Ministry and protection by the CRPF.
