Mercedes driver George Russell admitted the team is "not as close to the front" as it had hoped for in terms of competitiveness following the Dutch Grand Prix practice sessions. "[The Dutch GP] circuit has a lot of 180-degree corners so, when it is windy and gusty, the car is going through that whole phase of the corner," he added.
