The Bombay High Court held that merely saying 'I love you' to a woman doesn't amount to sexual harassment. "There should be something more which must suggest that...real intention is to drag in...angle of sex," Justice Urmila Joshi-Phalke said. The court made the observation while setting aside conviction of a man booked for stalking and sexually harassing a minor girl.
