Meta has been testing a new "text attachment" feature on Threads that allows users to share long-form content, reports stated. This feature goes beyond its current 500-character limit, letting users attach a block of text to a post instead of creating a thread of several different posts. It is accessible to everyone, and it directly challenges X's Articles feature.
