Meta will review employees based on how they use AI to deliver results and build tools to boost productivity, Business Insider reported, citing a memo. Starting in 2026, making "AI-driven impact" will be a "core expectation". While 2025's review won't include AI usage and adoption metrics, Meta said it'll "reward those who made exceptional AI-driven impact".
