MIC Electronics Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singapore's Top2 PTE Limited to find a semiconductor fabrication partner in Taiwan. The collaboration aims to produce 25,000 to 30,000 wafers per month, contingent on feasibility and regulatory approvals.
