American theoretical physicist Michio Kaku's old video explaining why the H-1B visa is "America's secret weapon" has resurfaced amid President Donald Trump's move to hike H-1B visa fee to $100,000. "Without the H-1B, the scientific establishment of this country would collapse…There would be no Silicon Valley without the H-1B," Kaku said in the video. "It’s the genius visa," he added.
