Microsoft has introduced MAI-Image-1, its first natively developed image generation model. Ranking in the top 10 on LMArena, the model promises fast, photorealistic results and aims to add real creative value for users. Microsoft says it worked with professionals to fine-tune the model for flexibility, diversity, and real-world use cases.
