Microsoft India (R&D) has signed a fresh lease for a two-storeyed office space in Hyderabad, which covers an area of 2.64 lakh sq ft. The firm will pay ₹5.4 crore monthly rent, while the five-year lease commenced in July 2025. The agreement includes an annual escalation of rent by 4.8% and a security deposit of ₹42.15 crore.
