Microsoft and OpenAI have signed a new agreement that will allow the AI startup to restructure itself into a public benefit corporation (PBC). Under the deal, Microsoft will get a 27% stake worth around $135 billion in OpenAI Group PBC. It will also get IP rights to OpenAI's models and products till 2032, including models post-artificial general intelligence (AGI).
