Actor Rishab Shetty addressed the stampede at Vijay's political rally in Karur. Calling it an "unfortunate accident", he said, "I don't think it could be one person's mistake; maybe it was a collective mistake." He added, "Who will control a mob? We can easily blame police or government; they also have a responsibility. But, sometimes they can also have trouble."
