A relative of victim of Jammu and Kashmir flash flood in Kishtwar, while speaking about rescue operations, said only two out of 20 JCBs are functioning. He told CM Omar Abdullah, who was present at the spot, that ministers and MLAs come and stop relief work to get photos clicked. "If not alive, give us the dead body," he stated.
