A 10-year-old Dalit girl from Muzaffarpur was raped and brutally attacked on May 26. The accused lured her with chocolate and took her to a maize field where he assaulted her. The accused slit her throat and attacked her with a sharp object. She was found near a pond and later died at PMCH, Patna, despite medical efforts.
