Olympic silver medal-winning Indian weightlifter Mirabai Chanu bagged silver medal in the women's 48-kg event at the World Weightlifting Championships 2025. The 31-year-old lifted a total of 199 kg, with 84 kg in snatch and 115 kg in clean and jerk. She has now won three medals in the history of World Weightlifting Championships, including one gold and two silvers.
