MNS workers who allegedly slapped a sweetshop owner over not speaking Marathi were briefly detained on Wednesday and were granted bail within hours, a report said, quoting sources. Maharashtra minister Nitish Rane also confirmed their 'arrest' in a brief interview to NDTV. However, he later added that they'll be arrested soon and that CM Devendra Fadnavis is looking into it.
