A video has shown a mob attacking and breaking a marble plaque that bore an engraving of the Ashoka Emblem at J&K's Hazratbal Shrine on Eid-Milad-un-Nabi. The incident took place after National Conference leader Tanvir Sadiq said the engraving "goes against" the Islamic belief that bans idol worship. J&K Waqf Board Chairperson Dr Darakhshan Andrabi called it a "terrorist attack".
