Curfew was imposed in Arunachal Pradesh's Roing amid tensions after Riaz-Ul Kurim, a 19-year-old migrant youth, was lynched by a mob for allegedly sexually assaulting school girls, police said. A mob had dragged Kurim out from a police station and beat him, before police rescued and rushed him to hospital, however, the mob followed him and thrashed him to death.
