Talking about violence in Ladakh, L-G Kavinder Gupta on Wednesday said a mob tried to "burn CRPF men inside the vehicle" and attacked Ladakh DGP's vehicle with stones. Terming the clashes as a "conspiracy", Gupta said, "Those who instigated protests are responsible for deaths in Ladakh today." He vowed to act against those responsible for the violence that killed four.
