After PM Narendra Modi inaugurated the world's highest railway bridge, the Chenab Bridge in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, BJP MLA & West Bengal LoP Suvendu Adhikari said Omar Abdullah's dream was fulfilled by Modi ji.
