Congress' Manickam Tagore alleged that PM Narendra Modi's focus is to "make Adani the richest man on Earth" rather than making India the richest nation. Tagore said India's per capita GDP is $2,481 which is lower than global average of $14,200. His statement comes after Union Minister Piyush Goyal said that India will be the third-largest economy by 2027.
