The revised collector rates will be implemented from October 23 across Mohali district, administration officials said on Tuesday. Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal disclosed that the new rates have been rationalised after detailed consultation with stakeholders to ensure that property transactions reflect realistic market values and to facilitate smooth registration processes.
