Congress MP and Communications in-charge Jairam Ramesh said the government announced the parliament’s monsoon session to divert attention from the special session demanded by the Congress and other INDIA bloc parties. “Never before…has a session been announced 47 days in advance,” he said, adding that PM Modi can run away from a special session but not from a monsoon session.
