US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in US on Friday. Sharing a picture from their meeting, Rubio said he thanked Dar for "Pakistan's partnership in countering terrorism and preserving regional stability". This comes months after Pakistan-backed LeT's offshoot The Resistance Front claimed responsibility for the Pahalgam attack, in which 26 people were killed.
