Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal said India and the European Union have agreed upon 10 out of 20 chapters in the free trade agreement (FTA). "Another four or five chapters have, in principle, been broadly decided," he stated. "We're moving towards convergence so...when their team visits next week, we should be in a position to make significant...progress towards closure," he added.
