Authorities in UP's Sambhal demolished a Mosque that was allegedly built illegally on the municipal council land. The demolition was carried out under heavy police presence and supervision of sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) Vinay Kumar Mishra and circle officer (CO) Anuj Chaudhary. The officials said the mosque was demolished after it was given a 20-day deadline to remove the illegal construction.
