Israeli intelligence agency Mossad spent years preparing to attack Iran and set up a secret drone base near Iran's capital Tehran, which it used in Friday's attack, The Times of Israel reported citing a security official. Israel activated the drones overnight, using them to strike Iran's surface-to-surface missile launchers. It also smuggled precision weapon systems and commandos into Iran.
