Bihar Police ADG (Headquarters) Kundan Krishnan said that crime incidents tend to rise in the months of April to June "because farmers don't have work" during that period. "After the rains, people in the farming community get busy and the incidents reduce," he stated. "We are concerned as young people are increasingly committing such acts for money," Krishnan added.
