Andhra Pradesh has ratified MoUs with IBM, TCS, and L&T to launch Quantum Valley Technological Park in Amaravati. Scheduled for a 2026 launch, the project will feature powerful 156-qubit system by IBM, quantum services by TCS and talent training, and infrastructure expertise of L&T. The initiative aims to position Andhra Pradesh as a global leader in quantum technology.
