At least two people died and around seven people are reportedly missing after cloudbursts triggered massive flash floods in Himachal Pradesh's Kangra and Kullu districts, said officials on Wednesday. Three people in Rehla Bihal trying to take away their valuables from their homes were washed away and are missing, officials added. Flash floods were also reported in Manali and Banjar.
