A Mumbai Police constable died and a female colleague was injured after a speeding car ran over them on the Worli Sea Link connector Tuesday morning. Constable Dattatray Kumbhar, 52, succumbed to injuries, while Riddhi Patil is stable. Driver Ramchandra Rane, 46, has been detained and an FIR registered.
