Months after four passengers lost their lives when they fell off a crowded local train in Mumbra, a prototype of a closed-door Mumbai local train has been developed, Railways announced on Friday. "For safety of passengers, doors of local trains must be closed," Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw had said. The prototype will soon be rolled out for a pilot run.
